  • Understanding the importance of a diet with behavior modification can help change your lifestyle.
  • Understanding that losing body fat is the most important and not the scale.
  • Understanding proper use of the different styles of exercises
  • Understanding circuit routines should target large compound muscle groups. Particularly chest, back and legs, because these are the largest muscle groups in the body.
  • Ability to practice course concepts and meet individual goals on a continuing basis
