The objectives of this beginner, 6 week, conditioning and fat loss program are:
- Understanding the importance of a diet with behavior modification can help change your lifestyle.
- Understanding that losing body fat is the most important and not the scale.
- Understanding proper use of the different styles of exercises
- Understanding circuit routines should target large compound muscle groups. Particularly chest, back and legs, because these are the largest muscle groups in the body.
- Ability to practice course concepts and meet individual goals on a continuing basis
