High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)

The objectives of this 6 week, beginner, High Intensity Interval Training Program (HIIT) fitness class are:
  • Understanding of proper use of individual adjustment of all course equipment.
  • Understanding of all basic course terminology and scientific concepts.
  • Increased V02 Max, reduced subcutaneous fat deposition, improved blood lipid markers, and lowered resting heart rate.
  • Ability to practice course concepts and meet individual goals on a continuing basis.
